Major Piss Off

Now tonight I signed into the $7500 gurantee rebuy. Cost $5 no rebuy or add on needed everything was going along quite nicely until the above happened. I had been playing for 3 hours and had a nice stack as you can see I get dealt KK the other guy goes all in so I call. If he had AA fair enough the flop is there sweet I think there was a 6 out there, oh no he gets another 6 on the turn. He went all in with 4 , 6 WHY??? to steal the blinds I'd imagine. I already had won with KK 3 times so I wish I'd folded but I didn't. I don't think a 4, 6 should be rewarded either. If this hand had paid off I could have easily made it into some really good money maybe LOL. After 3 hours this would have to be the cruellest ( is that a word?) thing to happen. To make matters worse he is knocked out 20 spots later if I had won that hand I could have gone so much further. But hey thats poker I guess. Just really dissapoints me to be robbed in this way.

This Week

Well This weeks poker has not been going to badly. I signed in last Sunday morning to a
$35 000 gurantee on Betmost poker. The buy in was $11 I only bought in once and came 124th out of 1434 won $44 for my efforts. Straight after I had a token for the pokerinside player freeroll only about 135 in this one I came 7th and won another $35. During the week I was playing a few $500 gurantees not going so well until today I placed in that also only won like $4 because I bought back in once.

I Joined up to Sun Poker the other day and what can I say I'm very Impressed.
They Offer a new player $10 000 Monthly Freeroll.
I Saw a Post on Pokersource Online about a $2500 and $5000 freeroll.
I'm Always looking for thing like this so my ears prick up (or maybe the pupils dilate seeing as I'm looking at the Ad not listening to it).
I download the site and start reading about their free cash giveaway.
Its based on the amount of points you earn for that month.
It Goes Like this

So anyway I sign up and get my 1 MPP which I needed to play in the $2500 freeroll.
First Hand I called with 55 and I get half my stack taken by Westpark who catches his Jack on the river thanks mate LOL.
Feeling disgruntled I go all in with my Last 500 chips with KQ. I have 1 caller he has AQ so I'm thinking I'm out. Not to be a K comes out on the flop then a Q on the turn I've doubled up.
I then get AA a few times throughout the game and they all paid off. I also got dealt pocket 88's and flopped the third 8 1 guy calls all in with about 8000 chips and I knock him out which took my stack up to 20,000 chips. I managed to finish 11th and won $25.00 so a bit of Free Money is always nice.
Now I start looking at the games Sun Poker has to offer. I notice they have a Lottery. For .27c you can buy into a one hand tournament. Everyone is All in first hand and winner gets a seat in the daily 5000 freeroll. Its quite funny. ( There are lots of other lotteries for other tournies also).
Then I notice the head hunter tournaments. These are like the knockouts other sites offer except with a different spin. You all have a value on your head. But when you knock out someone you win their head value but a slight percentage of this amount is put onto your head value. I signed up and played in a $5.50 euro one. The values on heads were getting up to 7 or 8 dollars. ( They must get pretty huge in higher buy in tournaments). I managed to place somewhere in the top 20 and got part of my buyin back. I also got 9 MPP's for my placing in this tourney. whic will help toward that cash bonus.
I then played tonight in a $2.20 tournament and managed to take some heads as well as place in the top 10 8th I think and made $8 euro.
So that is 3 tournaments I've played on this site in 2 days and placed in the money 3 times.
Finally the site offers Euro and US dollars. I opted for US Dollars so if I play in a $2.20 euro is costs me $4.40 but winning that $8 in euro is converted back to $16 US in my account.

Like Most Poker players I am competitive. I love a good tournament or Challenge.
One night while scrolling the internet for new sites and poker offers I came across.
Australian Online Poker League. Wow I thought this looks good. I never knew such a league existed. So I signed up. Its loads of fun to play in this league. The players are a nice respectful bunch but are some tough competition to. To join up you simply register with the site and then download pokerhills.com. All the games are run out of there. I started playing freerolls in the league then managed to win myself $11 euros by coming second in a freeroll. This gave me a nice little bankroll and allowed me to start playing the buyin games to. There is a leaderboard and you win points for each game you play providing you do well. Then you can check out your ranking and position in the league. The AOPL site is great to there is a forum with loads of different topics and posts. There are plenty of fun arcade games to play also. I find myself spending quite some time on there reading through the messages and playing the games.

Poker Hills is a fun site to play on also when i'm not playing League games.
